All the philanthropists are earnestly requested to come forward and think of the values of Islamic way of life. Consequently, they are requested to assist and help this institution in all possible manners. Thus, they will be entitled to get blessings from all the Muslims and in this way they will be awarded by Allah not only this world but on the Day of Judgment as well. We pray to Allah that keeps in mind the I lesson given to us by the Holy Quran. The Holy Books says:
All that you have will be spent up. Of course, it is not the case which Allah has. All those things kept by Allah, will remain forever. Property of any type which Allah ha will never by lose, destroyed, ruined or spent up.
Many authentic Islamic personalities have visited this institution off and on. They have offered their prayers for this institution. They were kind enough and they have offered their prayers and helped this institution in different ways.
Kandhla, a small town but the spiritual place comes under Distt. Muzaffarngar in West Uttar Pradesh. It is a well known place for those Ulemas and clerics who have rendered worldwide services of Islam. They have made grand services for the preaching and propagation of Islam. Kandhla has credited for leading the way of Tableegh (Propagation of Islamic education) opened up by Hazrat Maulna Ilyas (R.A). Kandhla has produced Hazrat Maulana Sheikh Zikriya, known for his book Fazayal-e-Amal, Hazrat Maulana Muzaffar Hussain etc. This area was quite backward with regard to the education of Islam. No one had the courage to remove all this backwardness and narrow mindedness since before the eminent personalities mentioned above. It is against this background that an Arabic Institution entitled as Qasim-ul-Uloom was established an Zeeqada 19, in 1383 Hijree. This institution was set up on the opinion and guidance of Shaikhul Islam Hazrat Maulana Syed Hussain Ahmed Madani. (He was in those days Shaikhul Hadith and head of the teaching department of Darul-ul-Uloom Deoband). Hazrat Maulana Abdul Jalil also co-operated and assisted with this eminent and pious personality in this noble work of him. Hazrat Maulana Abdul Jalil is a world known personality besides his reputation across the country. Infact, Madaris-e-Islamia has also played a distinctive role in the recognition on Islamic civilization and values of life.
These institutions have played a vital role in reviving the basic values of Islam. If we are able to understand the Islamic way of life and highest values of Islam, it is because of the ever-lasting services of these Islamic institutions. Islamic Madarsas have credit for imbibing in us the ethnic values of life stating what we ought to do and what we ought to do. These Madarsas have played a constructive role in propagating the Islamic way of life.

This Arabic Institution has been founded with some specific and precise objectives with a promise to follow the commandments of Allah are disbursing the commitments towards the welfare of our fragile community. A few of them are as follows%
1. To protect Islamic way of life from the dangerous and harmful environment which is the outcome of the so-called modern civilization and which is contagious and subjected to contaminate the purity of the young generation.
2. To educated Muslims in teaching the Holy Quran and Hadith.
3. To acquaint Muslims about the teachings of Islam and encourage them to preach and propagate Islamic way in their life.
4. Thus, Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom has been established by Maulana Syed Zainul Abideen Qasmi as a result of his visionary ideas. (Caliph Hazrat Maulana Mohd. Ahmed Jafri of Allahabad)
5. The institution was established as a place which happened to be a pond of water in one time and which had become a place where people use to throw dirt and dust. This area was used to establish this madarsa. By the grace of Allah, fate of this dirty place has changed and it has become a pious where an Arabic Madarsa has been established and today it is a well known Arabic institutions where students of Madarsa, Kashmir, Bihar Bengal, Assam, Haryana, Punjab and U.P are getting Arabic education and they are being taught the Islamic way of life.

Kandhla is a world renowned place. Mission of Tableegh had started from this very place. Though at the time of starting this mission, this place was quite backward and illiteracy was common. There was no authentic institute at that time in Kandhla which may serve the job of removing the pollution from the minds of the members of the community. Jamia Arabia was quite resource less. It had no building of its own. So, it was started in a small mosque. In the beginning, as we have told, Mualana Syed Zainul Abideen was attached to this institution. There were students who can be numbered on fingers. Maulana Syed Fakhrul Hasan, head of the teaching department of Deoband has also imparted his service to this institution. This institution has passed eighteen years in ups and downs condition just at the mercy of Allah. At last, Janab Mustafa Beg provided land for Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom. He also provided land for the construction of the house of Maulana Syed Zainul Abideen. May Allah enlighten his grave? In this way, by the sincere efforts of these Ulemas this institution was established in 1383 Hijree. It was started as a primary school (Maktab) but by the grace of Allah and guidance of these Ulemas his Madrasa got the privilege to become and institution for higher education i.e. Jamia. This institution rendered meritorious services in preaching, propagating of Islam. This institution did a lot of noteworthy work in spreading the message of Islam throughout the world. The services of Maulana Syed Zainul Abideen will be remembered till doom day. Thus, Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom is not only an educational institution but it is an impressive and practical movement. This movement helped a lot in putting the faith of them Muslims to tread on the right path. Muslims could be involved in such activities which were totally against the teachings of Islam but by the grace of Allah and splendid services done by these Madrasas, Muslims could be shown the right path according to the teaching of Islam. Thus, Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom is a reformative step and an important book of Islamic education. But, this institution is suffering in different types of difficulties. A few of them it has surpassed, by the grace of Allah. Thus the reformative, educational and cultural steps of Islamic education are being taught and are being fulfilled not only in India but throughout the world.
Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom had started its journey keeping high sounding aims and objects before it. Thanks Allah that all their aims and objects are still before it. This institution is quite aware of its responsibilities. The present day needs are quite well known to it. This institution is quite aware of the risks of the past and the present day difficulties in getting the Islamic education are the things before the eyes of this institution. Thanks Allah that Hazrat Syed Zainul Abideen (R.A) (Caliph of Al Haaj Maulana Mohd. Ahmed Saheb Jafris of Allahabad) had visualize of all these difficulties before hand and keeping all these needs and urges devoted himself fully to establish this institution. Thus this institution is an educational memorial of Hazrat Maulana Syed Zainul Abideen (R.A). Not only has this but the institution been a source of preaching and propagating the Islamic education in an authentic way. This place selected for this institution was a place where dirty things as well dust was thrown. Under the circumstances, no one could ever think of establishing a religious institution at this dirty place. It was a pond which was filled and thus this pond was turned into a plot and thus this Arabic institution was established here. Thus, this institution had been serving the Muslims for eighteen years. After passing through the ups and downs, it was transferred into a new place. Thus, we pray to Allah and thank Him for this benevolent act. Janab Mustafa Beg (May Allah fill up this grave with light) offered a piece of land for establishing this institution. Thus Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom was started from this very place. It is not an Arabic institution but it is a place where religious needs of the present time are being fulfilled. Muslims lands developed or adopted some cultural practices that were not based in Islam and need to be pruned. Through this institution the reformation of the Muslim society from all those extra rites which are against the teachings of Islam. Thus, this is not only and educational institution but it is a movement for the upliftment of the Muslims community. Thus, the movement of Tableegh has been an international message. Thus, the Muslim community is being relieved of uncomfortable circumstances. Activities of Kufr and Shirk are being rooted out. Education particularly religious education is all the most necessary for Muslims, so that they may lead a comfortable and honorable life. Muslims are away from the Islamic way of life because they are not aware of the Islamic education. Under the circumstances, it is all the more necessary to furnish them with the Islamic way of life. So the expansion of religious education is the call of the day.
This institution is the first grand and greatest Madarsa which was established in Kandhla. This is an institution which is imparting education sincerely and without any aim of acquiring knowledge with an object involving worldly affairs leaving aside heavenly qualities. Thus, this institution has spread the light of education in each and every house. This Madarsa has been an asset in putting aside the darkness of unislamic way of life. It is preparing soldiers who are serving the Muslim nation in active condition. This Madarsa has never been involved a discussion as what is traditional or orthodox or what is current trend of society which the young generation is mistakenly taken as the end of life. Thus, it is power house of Islam. It is a factory where the mind and vision are being trained. It is serving with a view to benefit the entire Muslim nation. It is a place which is teaching and guiding in a way so that people all over the world may be benefited by it. The teaching of this institution is not attached with any ancient and out of dated culture. It is simply concerned with the way of life told by our Prophet Muhammad (S.A). Thus, it is an enlightment radiating the entire world. It is simply based on human values. In a world of degradation of morality there permanent values are the hope for the whole mankind. Thus, the teachings of this institution are based on humanity concerning the entire world. Thus, this teaching is giving the message of tolerance and brotherhood for the entire humankind.
Jamia Arabia Qasim-ul-Uloom is being run under the patronage of Maulana Abdullah Mughaisi who is the president of All India Milli Council. He is also the Mohtamim of the Madarsa namely Jamia Gulzar Husainia, Ajrara. Another person patronizing the institution is Haji Maulana Salman Saheb, Nazim (First) Madarsa Mazahir ul uloom Saharanpur.

1. The institutions has planned to perform the programmers given below. The administration personnel of the institution request your co-operation and Dua.
2. To establish an Anglo Memorial Arabia School by the name of Maulana Syed Zainul Abideen.
3. To develop in an organized way the classed of the recitation of the Holy Quran (Tajweed and Qirraat classes). It is to be turned into a Permanent department.
4. Arabic education is to be imparted up to the Book named 'Mishkaat Shareef'.
5. To establish a Department for imparting education in industrial skills.
6. To establish Mohsim-e-Millat Library.
The names of the above mentioned projects will consists of the following Department :
i). Library of Books
ii). Department of Arabic Education.
iii). Department for the memorizing of the Holy Quran.
iv). A Hall for the teachers.
v). Construction of the building of Maulana Syed Zainul Abideen Memorial Anglo Arabic School.
vi). Construction of the building of Jamia Ayesha Lil Banat.
vii. Water Tank.
These are few projects which are to be implemented immediately but they required a huge amount of expenditure. Hence, these projects are poised because of the financial dependency and all our hopes rest on the Almighty Allah who is omnipotent and all powers and qualities are attributed to Him and it is His discretion that to whom He guides and instructs to take part in this pious venture.

1. To impart education to boys and girls both, so that they may be able o brighten their future.
2. To recite the Holy Quran w=with proper punctuations and accent. Moreover it aims to develop an aptitude of memorizing the Holy Quran.
3. To provide an opportunity to students for acquiring standardized modern education in a way so that the poor students may especially be benefited by it.
4. To establish Makatib e Islamia in areas where a great number of poor Muslims students live and who are very much in need of getting education.
5. To prepare a crew of Ulemas, Clerics and Hafiz who may prove themselves standard Ulemas.
6. To provide separate hostel facilities to girl students, so that they may be given proper education and they may lead a respectable life.
7. To make aware particularly the local population of the significance of religious education so that the Muslim population might be aware of the Islamic way of life and may feel proud of being a Muslim.
8. To train the Muslim according to the Islamic way of life and provide them the moral values of life.
9. To protect Muslims from ideas which are totally against the moral values of Islamic way of life.
